A - JGLM/IAC - License & Ordination Application 2013

To become a Licensed and Ordained Minister with John G. Lake's International Apostolic Council, you are required to fill out this application and submit it to the IAC at JGLM.

The Application fee of $25.00 is required at the time of application submission. This can be paid by check payable to JGLM, or maybe paid online by going to www.jglm.org, click on the $25.00 donation button and make notation that the fee is for your ordination application.

Upon receipt of this application, it will be reviewed by the IAC. You will be notified by the IAC that your application has been received, after which you may be contacted by the IAC or a representative of the IAC for a follow up interview.

Upload a passport style photo with this application; OR Email your photo to iac@jglm.org along with a copy of this application that you will receive once you have submitted this application.

After review of your application, you will receive an email or letter notifying you of approval or denial of your application. You will be Ordained at the JGLM annual conference.
