DHT - JGLM Certified DHT Monthly Report

This report is for those who are "Certified" as Divine Healing Technicians with John G. Lake Ministries. You must submit this report once each month during the year to maintain your status as being "Certified".

If you have attended a DHT or listened to the teaching, by CD/DVD and have not received a Certificate yet, you must fill out the "Monthly Report" for 3 months, fill out the "Application for Certification" and pay the Application Fee, if you wish to be "Certified" by the Divine Healing Institute/International Apostolic Council.
