Once you have completed the JGLM Divine Healing Technician Training on location, on-line, by CD or DVD, following along with the JGLM DHT Manual, you can fill out this application to apply to become a JGLM Certified DHT. When your application has been submitted, you are required to send in a DHT Monthly Report for three (3) consecutive months. On the JGLM home page you will find the "Donate" button, click on it, scroll down till you see the payment of $20 DHT Certification button for single or $35 for couple. *Please note: If husbands and wives send in their application together, the shipping and handling fee of $5.00 will cover postage for both their certificates, with the total amount for two being $35.00.
